Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase and to feel like you are getting value for your money. If you have any questions about the course or how to make it work out for you, please send us an email at ken@kb-controls.io.

If you are unhappy or feel that this isn’t the right investment for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

All refunds are subject to three simple terms and conditions:

• No refunds will be issued after 30 days. No exceptions.
• We reserve the right to evaluate all requests and make a decision accordingly. This refund policy is flexible in order to provide our students the chance to see if our courses are a good for them. It doesn’t exist to refund people who want to steal our content without paying for it.

If you would like to request a refund, please forward us a copy of your receipt to ken@kb-controls.io along with an explanation of why the product did not work out for you.
